Refund policy
There is a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you must contact me first. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for any decrease in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Custom or personalized products or gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact me if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
